JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have given Saif blow, causing injury on the head of informant, whose injury report goes to show that he sustained altogether four injuries but the injury found on the head of informant was simple in nature. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and both parties have sustained injuries.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
