Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 386, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. For land dispute, allegation, against nine named and unknown person, is that they committed abuse, assault and threat as well as demanded ransom.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas/successor Court in connection with
