2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. 142.2 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Santro Car of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The car in question has already been sold on 24.07.2021. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is no transfer certificate on the record.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of illicit

No.43097 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 liquor has been recovered from the car of which this petitioner is registered owner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Panjwara PS Case No. 44 of 2022.
