Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Victim happens to be daughter of the petitioner and it is alleged that the petitioner along with his second wife got disappeared his daughter. Petitioner voluntarily surrendered before the court below on 3.2.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Investigation against him has already been completed and from perusal of the case diary, it appears that except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, second wife of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
