Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). "1. That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuing a direction to the Respondents especially Respondent No. 2 to 5 to hold the meeting of District Selection Committee Rohtas and after due consideration issued PDS license in favour of petitioner whose name was recommended by the S.D.O. Sasaram for grant of PDS License for the Backward (Male) category for the Panchayat Modiha, Block Nokha, District Rohtas.

2. That the petitioner has not moved any time earlier before this Hon'ble Court on the subject matter of this writ application."
