No one appeared on behalf of the informant.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 386, 387 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report along with others with allegation that they forcibly cut the crops from the field of the informant.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that at the time of filing of the petition, unfortunately, one criminal case was left to be typed in para 3 of the petition and case number, mentioned in para 3 of the petition, was wrongly typed and correct police station case number as well as detail of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner have already been brought on record by supplementary affidavit. It is contended that having similar allegation co-accused Jai Kishor Yadav

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27377 of 2016 (3) dt.06-09-2016 and Bimal Kishor Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S.
