JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Town (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 333, 307, 353, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act.
From the written report it appears that petitioner is alleged to be merely a member of unlawful assembly. There is no any allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a student and has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.19096 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram Town (M) P.S.
