Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagariya P.S. Case No. 245 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379/ 511/34 30(a), 37(c) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching bag containing money of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 9.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
