The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2020, dated 06.06.2020, instituted for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37487 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/3 offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners are alleged to have taken part in the assault but the injuries suffered by the victims are stated to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence as well vide Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020. The allegation against the petitioners are of general and omnibus nature and they have not been attributed with any weapon of assault.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated and taking into account that the fact that the petitioners are persons of clean antecedents, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37487 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 3/3 Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
