Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to file an appropriate representation before the Managing DirectorBIADA and prays that the Managing Director-BIADA may consider the representation made by the petitioner.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting the liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the Managing Director-BIADA within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the same shall be considered by the Managing Director-BIADA strictly in accordance with law duly putting all the parties on notice and giving them an opportunity of hearing.
