JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Md. Nasir, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that the mother of the petitioner filed complaint case against the police officials and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in similar nature of cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named
