This is a case registered under Sections 143, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act & 17 CLA Act.
It is submitted that the information is against unknown person. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion due to his criminal antecedent. The co-accused Sunil Yadav who has named the petitioner in his confession statement has already been allowed bail by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge 2 Aurangabad by order dated 01.02.2013 in B.P. No. 1199/2012. Other co-accused have also been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 35550 of 2017 and 8439 of 2017. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.08.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18132 of 2018 (3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI, Aurangabad in connection with Tandwa P.S Case No. 52 of 2011 subject to the conditions :
(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.
(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
