Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paranpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69734 of 2018. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35799 of 2019(5) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Let it be kept on record. Petitioner, who is a man of clean antecedent, is in custody since 08.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018.
