JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 484, 170 and 171 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.04.2016, on the accusation that he posed himself as an I.P.S. officer before the police and he was found using Scorpio vehicle, having logo of police.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and so far the seized vehicle is concerned, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26227 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 belongs to the father of the petitioner and the vehicle has already been released in favour of the father of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
