The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No.281 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 332, 307, 353, 379, 504, 506 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and in view of the injury sustained by the informant side, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49280 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No.281 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
