====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant, namely, Narendra Singh alleged that on 3.4.2025 at about 12 pm informant got to know that his uncle is admitted in hospital. On reaching there, he saw him in serious condition. Uncle of the informant died in course of treatment. Informant suspects that on account of dispute these petitioners committed murder of his uncle.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

Learned counsel submits that save and except suspicion, there is no other direct or indirect evidence against the petitioners to show their complicity in the occurrence. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioners are in custody since 7.2.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in Dehri Town Police Station Case No. 146 of 2015.
