The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harnaut (Kalyanbigha) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39984 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 Maruti Kumari. It is further submitted that Raja Ram Yadav (husband) has already surrendered and he is in jail. There is no specific allegation as against these petitioners. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri R.V.S. Parmaur, 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (Kalyanbigha) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
