2. Petitioner seeks regular in connection with Kadamkuan PS Case No. 279/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26/27/35 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation, as per First Information Report, is that the police raided a tenanted premises of the petitioner and from a room of the said premises, recovered two fire arms along with cartridges and arrested five accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged and he is a student and preparing for competitive examinations.

No.37416 of 2020(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/3 Learned counsel further submits that petitioner had taken a room in the tenanted premises which was raided by the police and from one of the rooms of the said premises, illegal arms were recovered, which do not belong to the petitioner and petitioner has got no criminal antecedents. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2020 and similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Akash Kumar has been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.12.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 34552/2020.

Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the material on record and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2020 and similarly situated co-accused person been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, let petitioner, MANDEEP KUMAR SONI @ MANJEET KUMAR SONI be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-12, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan PS Case No. 279/2020.
7. It goes without saying that at the time of furnishing
