ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-06-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his objections under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 through the notice issued to her under Section 7 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914. This Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be served if the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 6 (The Certificate Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9191 of 2025(3) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 Madhubani, Bihar) to consider the said objections and pass a reasoned order under Section 10 of the Act. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing before any orders are passed. Till such time the final orders are passed, the authorities are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

2. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
