A supplementary affidavit has been filed today which is kept on record.

This application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.04.2015, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44555 of 2014 by which the petitioner had been directed to be released "after framing of charge".

It is submitted that the petitioner is the sole brother of her sister Mausmi Priya who is going to be married on 30.04.2015 but prior to that the petitioner has to perform other rituals for the marriage.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18881 of 2015 (3) dt.24-04-2015 2 / 2 words "after framing of charge" is deleted and to this extent the order dated 08.04.2015 is modified.

The petition stands disposed of.
