This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Thirty bottles, containing 300 ml each, were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, after completion of three months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramnagar Laukaria P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sri Sudip Paul, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
