The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence near Cohbarwa More, 08 to 10 miscreants intercepted the truck of informant (driver), looted cash of Rs. 3500/-, mobile and documents from his possession. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ranjan Kumar @ Rajan Kumar who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28439 of 2021 vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49143 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 dated 23.11.2021. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade till date. Petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020.
