2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 257 of 2025 instituted under Sections 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor victim aged about 14 years.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are ready to marry each other but the mother of the victim is not agreeable to this marriage.

5. The consent of the minor girl for marriage is

6. In view of the allegation, this application is dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
