JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from their conscious possession and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that one Surendra Mahto was arrested in connection with another case and made his confessional statement disclosing the involvement of the petitioners in the present case also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25429 of 2016 (3) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 492 of 2015.
