Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47A of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that 27.600 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner has lodged a case against the Excise Inspector and the seizure witnesses hence he has framed in the present case.

Considering the quantity of recovery, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19922 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with P.S. Case No. 91 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Bhagalpur.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
