Petitioner is accused in connection with Palanwa (Bhelahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 registered under Sections 306, 201 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53973 of 2016 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in the case on 08.03.2017. Learned counsel has produced certified copy of the order dated 08.03.2017 framing the charge.

No.14526 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 13th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Palanwa (Bhelahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016.
