The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 413 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2019. Allegation against this petitioner is that he is the member of syndicate involved in theft of car and in the business of stolen vehicles. Learned counsel further submits that neither the petitioner was apprehended at the spot nor any vehicle was recovered from his possession.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the conscious

Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019.
