The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the first information report itself, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
