2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of informant's brother.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The doctor has found the injury attributed to this petitioner simple in nature. The police after investigation submitted final form showing not sent up for trial against the petitioner, but differing with the same the court below took cognizance.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
