JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

On robbery of the motorcycle and rupees eight thousand eighty six from the informant on revolver point, the FIR was lodged in 2002 against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co accused Md. Mukhtar from whom motorcycle was recovered, has already been acquitted.

This court is not inclined to enterfere in the matter since the case was registered in 2002 but since the main accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19948 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 has been acquitted, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Khaira PS Case No. 18 of 2002 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Jamui. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
