The petitioner is accused in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
The accusation is that petitioner being the employee of Bonanza Portfolio Limited issued cheque of Rs.7,50,000/- in favour of complainant-informant, which was dishonoured due to insufficient money in the account.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the employee of Bonanza Portfolio Limited issued
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13487 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 several cheques to different persons in the name of company but due to non-availability of the money in the account cheque were dishonoured and petitioner has no intention to cheat anyone. The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Kochas P.S.
