Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.109 of 2019 dated 30.03.2019, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.01, Gaya. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
