Taking into consideration that the victim stated the name of the petitioner in the alleged crime and the alleged occurrence took place in the year 1994 but the petitioner could be remanded in this case on 21.02.2016, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Naurangia P.S.Case No. 38 of 1994, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrte, Bagaha, West Champaran stands rejected.
