The petitioner, who is in custody since 02.06.2020 seeks bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 dated 11.10.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case. There is no recovery from the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37068 of 2020(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019.
