2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner, who was trying to fleeing away seeing the police.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.02.2023, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39568 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya, in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023.
