Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 (A) of the Excise Act. 26 bottles of country made liquor measuring 15 liters kept in the shop of the petitioner are said to have been recovered but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing had been recovered from the shop of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, the present case is nothing but only high handedness of the police and that is the reason seizure list does not contain signature of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in jail custody since 16.4.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
