Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 188 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 30(g) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From a Scorpio vehicle about 200 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered. The petitioner was driver of the said vehicle. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2016. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten
