The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3042 of 2021 on 08.07.2021 (Annexure-4). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

No.50397 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
