Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 392 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was working as Khalasi and on the alleged date of the occurrence, he was on the truck along with informant of the present case. However, in course of investigation apprehended coaccused disclosed about involvement of the petitioner and stated that the petitioner and the aforesaid co- accused hatched up conspiracy to commit loot in question and after that alleged occurrence took place. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
