2. This is an application for quashing the F.I.R. of Atari P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 409, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points at an appropriate stage.

4. If any such application is filed by the petitioner in the court below, the same shall be considered by the court below
