Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that his name has surfaced in course of investigation. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases of similar nature. The charge against petitioner appears to have been framed. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25756 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 128 of 2016 arising out of Sasaram Nagar (M) P.S. Case No. 1202 of 2015 pending in the court of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram stands rejected.
