This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 2541C of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the complainant is still ready to keep the complainant as wife with full dignity and honour. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 has submitted that the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the mediation process at the instance of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the report of mediator, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail of this petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J.) Brajesh/- U T
