Mr.Uday Pratap Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case no. 99 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 23.02.2019, petitioner No.1 Shailesh Thakur reached at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38886 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 door of the informant in drunken state and started to abuse, when informant made protest then other petitioners came there having bricks and stones in their hands and started to abuse and pelting stone in which informant sustained injury. Thereafter, informant was rushed to sadar hospital for treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are next door neighbour of the informant and due to petty dispute, the informant lodged the present case. Moreover, the injuries found on the person of informant are simple in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
