2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No.221 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/411 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Theft was committed in the shop of the informant. One gas cylinder and weighing machine which were stolen have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2023 having clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his period of custody, which is from 24.09.2023, this bail application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41743 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No.221 of 2023.

6. This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Kursela Police Station, District- Katihar on first and third Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
