JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act (Amended), 2016. Taking into consideration, five litres country made liquor was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran, Chhapra stands rejected at this stage.
