Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 135 of 2017 registered under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case with a view to give undue pressure. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.03.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of
