JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.175 of 2011 registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that the main allegation is against accused Dharam Chand Rajak, who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 15.5.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. No.18240 of 2012. The case of petitioner on similar footing.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Dhananjay Singh is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.175 of 2011, on furnishing
