In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order of the Licensing Authority, who has cancelled the P.D.S. licence of the petitioner and the same has been affirmed by the Appellate Authority in Supply Appeal No.49 of 2013 vide order dated 30.01.2015.

In stead of going into the merit of the case, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should exhaust the alternative

In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner, if he so like, may approach the Revisional Authority. If such a Revision is filed, the Revisional Authority shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of Revision by the petitioner. While considering the limitation application, the Revisional Authority will take into consideration the pendency of this application before this Court.
