The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dagaruwa Police Station Case No.75 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147/148/149/452/307/341/323/325 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has arisen on account of internal family feud between the informant's husband and this petitioner and it was on account of the said dispute that some occurrence took place on the spur of the moment.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above-named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

No.20423 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Dagaruwa Police Station Case No.75 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
