====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard Sri Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The present petition has been filed mainly with a prayer to modify the order dated 19.02.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5722 of 2016 to the extent of extending the period for surrendering before the court below.

Once final order is passed in a criminal proceeding, normally the petition for modification may not be entertained. I do not find any ground to entertain the petition. The petition stands dismissed.
